In our ‘homelessness’ episode we talk about the inspiring Dana Marlowe, founder of Support The Girls and incredible trans activist Daniella Carter , founder of Gender Global!
“One shouldn’t have to weigh the value of a sandwich over a maxi pad”
Dana is a business owner, mother, human rights advocate. She decided she wished to donate her bras, rather than throw them away. Upon looking into it further she realised that homeless women are desperate for bras of all kinds, as they are rarely donated. She then founded the Support the Girls charity.

“…no matter how successful I might seem, I want everyone to understand these issues are huge, and that lots of youth are suffering”
Daniella Carter has an awe inspiring story. She is an activist and public speaker. She spend many years of her life homeless, and is open about her experiences living on the streets as a trans woman. Incredible.
